· Multi area office refurbishment cascade for admissions at St Richards Hospital.

St Thomas’ Hospital, London

The unit is of national importance and is one of a number of commissions carried out for the Trust.

The Lane Fox Unit is the UK’s leading high dependency respiratory unit, sensitively located on the south bank of the Thames, directly facing the House of Lords.

It combines inpatient treatment with day cases, outpatients and a unique Home Mechanical Ventilation Support service which is based in mechanical and electrical workshops within the unit.

The building had two extensions and the interior remodelled, including the addition of two mezzanine floors. Providing additional accommodation, a central Staff Base whilst retaining the exceptional outlook was a major challenge.

Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield

The unit is one of a number of carried out for the Trust.

The building was converted from an offoce to a self contained low secure unit, all areas were totaly refurbished, upgraded and modernised
